About WorkVison

Mary Gardner is President of WorkVision^TM, a consulting firm that enables organizations to increase the number of women in management and create the environment to support and encourage the advancement and retention of talented women.

Prior to WorkVision, she was the president of Gardner Enterprises, a firm that provided consulting services in organizational development, management development and training, for over 16 years. Gardner Enterprises focused on assisting corporations in analyzing the internal strengths and weaknesses which affect their performance, then developing and implementing solutions targeted toward improving competitiveness and responsiveness in their markets. Prior to owning her own business, Mary held executive positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. and American Express Company.

She has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Amgen, Agilent, Ryder Systems, Inc., Digital Equipment Corp., Pfizer, Inc., CIGNA Insurance, Best Foods, MassMutual Insurance, MCI Communications, Kraft Dairy Group, Caswell Massey, Ltd., the United Nations Secretariat, and other clients.

Mary earned her B.A. magna cum laude at Fordham University and her M.A. in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
